≡ Saving for a Club Membership Share
I have been a golf addict for sometime now 2 years to be exact but im not yet a member of any private golf club here in the philippines. Private Golf shares aren’t exactly cheap here so i really need some time to save for it being a family man and all.
The Golf Club i really want to join is Wack Wack Golf and Country Club but with a 10million peso ( around 218,000 US Dollars) price tag i really dont think i can afford that anytime soon unless of course someone or some corporation sponsors me and pays for everything in exchange for commercial favors and indorsement. So for now my realistic goal is to be able to purchase a share in Orchard Golf and Country which is in Cavite and Forest Hills Golf and Country Club which is much closer to my residence. Orchard Golf and Country Club costs around 350,000 Pesos (7,700 Us Dollars) while Forest Hills Golf and Country Club Shares costs around 250,000 Pesos (5,500 US Dollars).
The reason why i want to purchase two Club Membership is that Orchard Golf and Country Club is where majority of my friends are club members and also Orchard host a lot of club tournaments monthly giving me a lot of chances in winning club tournament trophies where i plan on collecting and filling up my trophy room. And i also need a Forest Hills Club Membership because of its proximity to my house i intend to use it for my family’s daily golf practice because its just about 30 minutes away from my house i need the daily golf practice not just for me but specially for my son whom i vow to be in the PGA Tour by age 12 to 14 years old at the most.
Golf is a very costly sport but my drive and focus for success is so intense that im finding ways to go around these financial shortcomings and still be able to succeed specially for my son who will definitely be a future number one in the world.
